After School Clubs 2020
Sadly due to COVID19 and our school risk assessment for the autumn term – we are only able to safely operate a limited number of clubs.
Please contact the office to discuss your requirements.
To ensure your child has a place at any of the After School Clubs, you must complete a permission slip ready for the beginning of each term i.e. September, January, April and hand them into the Office.
Due to unforeseen circumstances school may need to cancel clubs at short notice, please ensure you have alternative child care arrangements in place where possible.
There is a charge of £2 for some of the clubs listed, this payment is used to purchase snacks from the club ‘Tuck Shop’ and for some clubs it helps to buy resources or pay for staffing.
Children unable to make a purchase from the club ‘Tuck Shop’ will be offered a free alternative. Children are not permitted to provide their own snacks without prior discussion with a member of the Senior Leadership Team. This is due to members of school suffering with food allergies and intolerances.
If you are struggling to make payment then please speak to a member of staff.
If your child fails to attend any club on 3 consecutive occasions then they will automatically forfeit their place and it will be offered to another child on the waiting list.
The clubs with a maximum number against them will be offered on a first come first served basis.
