Are you a working parent or carer of a pre-school child? You could be eligible for up to 30 hours of funded childcare a week until they start school.

Eligible working families can now apply for 30 hours of childcare - up from the existing 15 hours - from the term after their baby turns nine months old until they reach school age.

The Government has expanded its funding scheme to increase the number of families eligible and help them better balance work and home life - and estimates it could save some households up to £7,500 a year.
