School Day
School Day Timings - this has been reviewed following consultation with families during the academic year
The Government's 2022 white paper lays out plans for mainstream state-funded schools to provide a 32.5-hour week, or 6.5-hour days, by September 2023. This is an expectation rather than a statutory requirement, although Ofsted will consider it as part of the 'quality of education' judgement.
From September 2023 the proposed new working day at Brockley Primary School would be 8:40am start and 3:10am finish.
