As we prepare for our much-anticipated Christmas shows, we want to ensure that everyone enjoys the performances while respecting the privacy and safeguarding of all our pupils.

 

We are happy for you to film or take photographs during the show, but we kindly remind you that:

• Any recordings or photos taken are for personal use only.
• Sharing recordings or images on social media or other public platforms is strictly prohibited.

 

This policy is in place to protect the privacy of all children, especially as some pupils may not have permission to be photographed or filmed due to safeguarding concerns.

 

Please be aware that if any videos or images of the performance are shared publicly, the school will be required to take appropriate action, which may include requesting their removal and, if necessary, escalating the matter further.
